The basics
- You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate checkout information.
- Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay (plus tax/shipping shown).
- We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues; if we cancel after payment, we refund you.
Products
- Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate; colors may vary slightly by screen.
- Inventory is limited; if an item sells out after you order, we’ll contact you with options (wait, substitute, or refund).
Intellectual property
- Store content (text, logos, layout) belongs to MacP Trading or its licensors. Don’t copy for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, MacP Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MacP Trading operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
