Shipping policy

Where we ship

• United States (contiguous 48). Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: available if rates appear at checkout; transit may take longer.
• International: not offered unless Shopify Markets is enabled later.

Processing

• We ship from our stock on hand. Orders typically leave within 1–3 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You get tracking by email when the label is created / first scanned.

Transit estimates (typical, not guaranteed)

• U.S. standard: about 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.
• Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can extend this.

Shipping rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout. Free-shipping offers (if any) will show in cart or as a promotion.

Address accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address. Reshipment after a failed delivery due to an address error may require an extra shipping charge.

Lost or stuck packages

• If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days after the first scan, email support@macptrading.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier on a replacement or refund based on their investigation.
